    • Competencias: Data Architect, MS Fabric, Databricks, Pyspark, Migration, BI
    • Seniority: Senior

    Descripción del puesto

    About the Role

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Data Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of their enterprise data and analytics platform, built on Microsoft Fabric with a strong Databricks background. You will be the technical authority on modern lakehouse architecture spanning data engineering, data warehousing, real-time analytics, and Power BI translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions across the Fabric/Databricks ecosystem.

This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to shape a modern data platform from the ground up, bringing deep lakehouse and Spark expertise to a Fabric-first environment, and mentor teams as they adopt it.

    What You'll Do

    * Design and own the end-to-end architecture for Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Factory pipelines, Real-Time Intelligence, and Power BI semantic models.
    * Define data platform standards: medallion architecture (bronze/silver/gold), naming conventions, workspace structure, capacity planning, and CI/CD practices.
    * Lead migrations from legacy platforms (e.g., Synapse, Azure Data Factory, SSAS, on-prem SQL Server) into Fabric.
    * Architect security and governance frameworks - including workspace roles, OneLake data access policies, row-level security, sensitivity labels, and integration with Microsoft Purview.
    * Optimize Fabric capacity usage (F-SKUs), monitor performance, and manage cost governance across workspaces.

Senior BI & Data Warehouse Architect

Level: Senior / Principal · 15-25+ years' experience Discipline: Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing & Data Architecture Profile fit: Permanent, interim, or independent consultant

    About the Role

We're looking for a senior, hands-on BI & Data Warehouse Architect who can own analytics solutions end-to-end from architecture and data modeling through build, migration, and governance. This is a "player-coach" profile: someone equally comfortable designing a target-state data platform, building the semantic model themselves, and mentoring the developers around them, while acting as translator between business stakeholders and technical delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Design and own BI/DW architecture from the ground up, spanning on-prem and cloud environments
    * Lead dimensional and semantic data modeling (Kimball methodology, star schema, Medallion architecture); maintain data dictionaries and metadata
    * Plan and deliver platform migrations - legacy on-prem to cloud, or one BI/reporting toolset to another
    * Build and optimize BI solutions, primarily in Power BI (DAX/MDX), alongside SSRS/SSAS or equivalent
    * Design and manage ETL/ELT pipelines
    * Own data governance, security/permissions, and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives
    * Translate between business requirements and technical delivery
    * Lead and mentor junior BI/data team members
    * Contribute to BI strategy across one or more concurrent projects or client engagements

    Experience

    * 15+ years in BI/Data Warehousing/Analytics; strong candidates for this profile often have 20-25 years
    * Demonstrated architect-level ownership - has designed and built solutions from scratch, not only maintained existing ones
    * A track record spanning legacy on-prem BI (Cognos, Business Objects, SSAS/SSRS/SSIS) through to modern cloud platforms (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric) is a strong differentiator
    * Has led at least one significant migration (e.g. on-prem → cloud, SAS → Snowflake, QlikView → Power BI, Hadoop → Microsoft stack)
    * Consulting, freelance, or multi-client delivery background is a plus
    * Experience leading or mentoring a small BI/data team
    * Broad industry exposure rather than a single vertical (e.g. retail, banking/finance, insurance, logistics, telecom, real estate)

    Technical Skills

    * On-prem / legacy BI: SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, MDX, Cognos, Business Objects, SQL Server
    * Cloud platforms: Azure (Azure SQL Database, Data Factory, Synapse, Analysis Services), Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric
    * BI & visualization: Power BI, DAX
    * Data modeling: Kimball dimensional modeling, star schema design, Medallion (bronze/silver/gold) architecture
    * Metadata & modeling tools: Erwin, Informatica Analyst (or equivalents)
    * Governance & ops: Master Data Management, data security/permissions, data dictionaries
    * SQL: Advanced

Education & Certifications (preferred, not required)

    * Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
    * Vendor certifications/badges such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Power Platform Fundamentals, Databricks or Snowflake credentials
    * Formal DW training such as Kimball University

    Nice to Have

    * Experience running an independent BI consultancy or freelance practice
    * Proactive, self-directed upskilling on emerging platforms (e.g. lab/sandbox experience with Fabric or Snowflake ahead of production use)
    * Technical project management experience

    AI Principal / AI Architect

Sweden | Hybrid | Senior / Principal level

Build what comes next in AI consulting.

We're working with a large-scale technology consultancy that is going through a really exciting period of change within its Data & AI business.

New senior leaders have joined with a clear ambition: to build, reshape and significantly scale the consultancy's AI offering.

They already have strong capability, major clients and some genuinely interesting transformation work underway. Now they're looking for an exceptional person to help take that to the next level.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit on the sidelines and advise.

They're looking for someone who can think strategically, speak confidently with senior clients, lead pre-sales, architect complex AI solutions - and still get into the IDE and build.

    The opportunity:

As an AI Principal Architect, you'll sit at the intersection of AI engineering, architecture and management consulting.

You'll work with clients to understand their business challenges, shape the right solution, prove its value and ultimately help take it into production.

    You could be involved in:

    * Designing and implementing modern AI and agentic AI systems
    * Building Proofs of Concept and turning them into commercially viable Proofs of Value
    * Taking AI solutions through the full lifecycle into secure, scalable production
    * Architecting solutions across cloud, data, AI and automation platforms
    * Working directly with C-level and senior stakeholders to understand their objectives and challenge their thinking
    * Leading technical discovery and pre-sales engagements
    * Building business cases and translating complex technology into something commercially meaningful
    * Assessing existing client environments and identifying whether the answer is capability development, coaching or a new solution
    * Developing reusable IP, accelerators and packaged AI solutions
    * Helping shape the consultancy's wider AI strategy and offering
    * Supporting and mentoring other architects, engineers and consultants as the team grows

You'll have genuine influence over how AI consulting is delivered, what the proposition looks like and where the business goes next.

The kind of person they're looking for?

This is a deliberately ambitious profile.

You might come from an AI architecture, solution architecture, data science, software engineering or management consulting background. The exact route matters less than your ability to operate across the technical and commercial sides of the role.

    You'll ideally have:

    * Significant experience delivering AI solutions in real-world enterprise environments
    * Experience with modern AI/GenAI and ideally agentic systems
    * A strong understanding of architecture, data and cloud environments
    * Experience taking solutions beyond experimentation and into production
    * The ability to write production-quality code and get hands-on when required
    * Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
    * A background in consulting, advisory or solution-led environments
    * Experience contributing to or leading pre-sales
    * The ability to understand a complex business problem and turn it into a credible technical and commercial solution
    * A rigorous, scientific and analytical mindset
    * The curiosity to continually learn and stay ahead of what is happening across AI

Cloud experience is useful, particularly Azure, but they're not overly prescriptive. Experience across GCP or AWS is absolutely relevant.

    More than an architect...

The people joining this team are expected to be more than technical specialists.

They want people who are autonomous, curious and commercially minded.

Someone who can walk into a client conversation, understand what they are actually trying to achieve, challenge the brief when necessary and say "No, I don't think that's the right approach" when the evidence supports it.

Someone who can then turn around and build the thing.

The team is particularly interested in people who have seen a lot, built a lot and still think it's fun.

You won't be joining an established AI practice where everything has already been decided.

    You'll be helping build it.

    What makes this different?

The wider consultancy already has significant scale, but this is a new chapter for its Data & AI organisation.

The senior leadership coming in have already delivered complex transformation programmes across areas including data platforms, AI, data governance and digital transformation. They're now looking to build a much larger team around them.

There is already a strong pipeline of work, including major transformation programmes, AI implementations and advisory engagements.

The ambition is to build a high-performing consultancy where senior people can take significant responsibility, work on genuinely complex problems and have a visible impact on the direction of the business.

There's also the opportunity to develop new propositions, IP and potentially productised AI offerings rather than simply delivering one project after another.

    The environment:

You'll be surrounded by experienced consultants, architects and engineers, with a strong bias towards senior capability.

The expectation is high - but so is the autonomy.

If you're someone who wants to do exactly the same thing for 40 hours a week and go home, this probably isn't the environment for you.

If you're someone who is genuinely fascinated by AI, follows what is changing in the industry, enjoys solving difficult problems and wants to help build something bigger than your individual project, this could be a very interesting next step.

    Location:

The team has a presence across Sweden, including Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg, Linköping and Copenhagen, and although Stockholm is the preference, there is flexibility around where the right person is based.

Some travel and face-to-face client/team interaction will naturally be part of the role.

    The bottom line...

This is a chance to join a large consultancy at a point where its Data & AI offering is being actively reshaped and scaled.

You'll have the backing and reach of a large organisation, but the opportunity to operate with the autonomy, influence and entrepreneurial mindset of a much smaller specialist consultancy.

If you're an experienced AI leader who wants to build, advise, sell, deliver and shape what comes next, this is worth a conversation.

    About the Role

On behalf of our client, [Client Company Name], we're hiring a Senior BI Architect to design, govern, and scale their business intelligence ecosystem. You'll own the technical vision for how data is modeled, warehoused, and delivered to the business - turning raw data into trusted, decision-ready insight. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data architecture, analytics engineering, and stakeholder strategy.

    What You'll Do

    * Design and own the enterprise BI architecture, including data warehouse/lakehouse structures, semantic layers, and reporting frameworks

    * Deep expertise in dimensional modeling and modern data warehouse/lakehouse design
    * Cloud-agnostic mindset - comfortable architecting solutions that span or move between AWS, Azure, and GCP rather than being tied to a single ecosystem
    * Advanced proficiency with Power BI (DAX, semantic modeling) and working knowledge of other major BI platforms (Tableau, Looker)
    * Strong SQL skills and familiarity with ELT/ETL tooling (e.g., dbt, Data Factory, Fivetran, Airflow)
    * Experience with data governance, security, and role-based access frameworks
    * Excellent communication skills - able to translate between technical architecture and business needs
    * Experience mentoring or leading technical teams

    Nice to Have

    * Experience migrating off legacy platforms (e.g., Synapse, SSAS, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) onto Fabric
    * Experience with Python or scripting for data automation

    Solutions architect/ AI Automation Consultant

Build the bridge between enterprise platforms, AI, and real-world automation

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect/ Fullstack engineer to join a partner organisation delivering AI and Hyperautomation solutions to clients across Sweden, spanning both public and private sector organisations. This is a 6-12 month assignment, hybrid-based out of Stockholm or Gothenburg, working alongside a team expanding its Hyperautomation offering further into AI-driven and agentic automation.

Your background will likely be rooted in .NET and Azure development, with your career having evolved more recently into AI-driven and agentic automation solutions built on the Microsoft ecosystem. Your primary focus will be designing, building, and delivering these solutions into enterprise environments, working within clients' existing platforms and constraints rather than building custom solutions in isolation. The role spans the full pipeline, from AI/agentic design through to secure, production deployment for real end users.

While hands-on delivery of AI pipelines will be your main focus, you'll also draw on experience with more established automation technologies, working across a mix of modern agentic AI and traditional automation tooling depending on client needs.

We're looking for someone who thrives working directly with enterprise clients, is comfortable navigating security and governance requirements in regulated or sensitive environments, and can adapt AI solutions to fit within existing customer platforms rather than reinventing them from scratch.

    What you'll do

    * Design, build, and deliver AI-driven and agentic automation solutions for enterprise clients across public and private sectors
    * Take ownership of the AI pipeline end-to-end, from design and development through to deployment for real external customers and end users
    * Draw on a strong .NET and Azure foundation to build secure, production-grade solutions on the Microsoft ecosystem
    * Implement security, access control, and human-in-the-loop approval mechanisms appropriate for enterprise and sensitive-data environments
    * Work within clients' existing platforms and constraints, including the broader Microsoft ecosystem, rather than defaulting to custom-built solutions
    * Apply traditional automation approaches where appropriate, including Power Automate, UiPath, ServiceNow workflows, process mining, or IDP
    * Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, delivery teams, and the wider Hyperautomation practice
    * Support the growth of the Hyperautomation offering as it expands further into AI-driven and agentic automation
    * Participate across the assignment lifecycle, from solution design and build through to client handover and support

    What we're looking for

    Essential

    * Strong background in .NET (C#) development and Azure, with recent experience applying this into AI and automation solutions
    * Demonstrable, hands-on experience personally designing and building AI pipelines or automation solutions, not just overseeing them
    * Experience delivering solutions that are used by real external customers and end users, not solely within a personal product venture
    * Experience with security, access control, sensitive data handling, and human-in-the-loop approval processes in enterprise AI solutions
    * Comfortable working within existing customer platforms and constraints, including the Microsoft ecosystem
    * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work directly with enterprise clients
    * Available for interim/contract assignment work (6-12 months)

    Highly appreciated

    * Experience with traditional automation technologies such as Power Automate, UiPath, ServiceNow workflows, process mining, or IDP
    * Experience with agentic AI frameworks and enterprise-grade deployment practices
    * Swedish as a primary language, with the ability to work comfortably in both Swedish and English
    * Experience working through a consultancy or partner model, delivering to multiple clients across industries
    * Background spanning both public and private sector engagements

This is an opportunity to shape how AI and agentic automation get delivered into real enterprise environments across Sweden, working with a team actively expanding its Hyperautomation capability.

    Job Description: Data Principal Architect

    The Role

This is an expert/principal-tier consulting position not a hands-off strategy role, but a hands-on leader who sits between the C-suite (CIO, CDO, CMO) and engineering teams. You'll assess a client's existing IT/data landscape, design the future-state data architecture, and personally guide execution of large, high-risk transformations (legacy migrations, platform modernizations). Think: technical architect + trusted advisor + pre-sales technical lead, likely at a strategy/tech consultancy or a vendor's professional services arm, with a strong European (Sweden/EU) compliance angle.

    What You'd Actually Be Doing

    * Designing enterprise data topologies choosing and implementing Data Mesh (decentralized, domain-owned) vs. Data Fabric (centralized, metadata-driven virtualization) architectures, or a hybrid, based on client context
    * Leading legacy-to-cloud migrations moving clients off Hadoop clusters/mainframes/legacy ERPs onto Databricks/Snowflake on Azure, using phased rollouts (assess → dual-run → cutover → optimize) rather than risky "big bang" switchovers
    * Building governance & metadata infrastructure data catalogs, lineage tracking, business glossaries (via Unity Catalog, Collibra, or Alation), with federated access control
    * Owning compliance-by-design GDPR anonymization, right-to-be-forgotten workflows, data residency/sovereignty within the EU, and increasingly, data quality/governance for the EU AI Act
    * Pre-sales and stakeholder translation scoping engagements, diagnosing whether a client has a skills gap vs. a build need, and translating technical tradeoffs (latency, storage cost) into business language for executives
    * Staying hands-on writing/reviewing dbt models and SQL, working in proper Git/CI/CD workflows, not just producing PowerPoints

    What They're Looking For (Must-Haves)

    * Deep, provable experience with Data Mesh and/or Data Fabric architecture design
    * Microsoft Azure expertise (this is the primary cloud target)
    * Strong hands-on background in Databricks and Snowflake (Delta Lake, warehousing, query optimization)
    * dbt + advanced SQL
    * Experience with data governance/catalog tooling (Unity Catalog, Collibra, Alation) and lineage
    * Solid Git/SDLC discipline - this rules out candidates who've only worked in ad hoc, undocumented environments
    * GDPR/data residency/RBAC literacy - critical given the Nordic/EU client base
    * Executive communication skills and a genuine "doer-leader" profile (still writes code, not purely strategic)

    Nice-to-Haves

Python/Scala/Java/Go, AWS or GCP exposure, Terraform, streaming (Kafka/Event Hubs/Flink), Docker/Kubernetes, and FinOps/cloud cost optimization.
