Financial Data Analyst

Sweden, Stockholm

  • SEK 50,000 to SEK 75,000 SEK
  • Consultant Puesto
  • Competencias: Business Intelligence, BSM, FIS, Balance Sheet Manager, Ambit Focus, ALM, Liquidity modules, ETL pipeline, SQL
  • Seniority: Mid-level

Descripción del puesto

💼 Financial/Risk Data Analyst - BSM Expert | Stockholm (Hybrid)
Be the first in Sweden. Help shape the future. Bring your balance sheet wizardry.

We're on the hunt for a seasoned financial services professional with solid hands-on experience in FIS Balance Sheet Manager (aka FIS Ambit Focus). This is your chance to step into a highly autonomous role in Stockholm and become the local face of a growing international financial tech consultancy that - despite the sector - doesn't do stiff suits, rigid hierarchies, or soul-sapping meetings.

This isn't a fix-it firefighting job. We're already operating well. But we know with the right person on the ground, we could be doing even more - and smarter. You'll join a team that's killing it across the Nordics, and you'll be the first dedicated hire in Sweden. No pressure. But also, lots of opportunity.

🧠 What you'll be doing:
You'll partner with banking clients to deliver and support BSM solutions - think implementation, technical setups, data pipelines, upgrades, and modelling. You'll be part business brain, part tech whiz, and (hopefully) part data ninja.

* Work on-site with clients and remotely with internal teams.
* Tackle ALM and Liquidity modelling like a pro.
* Dive into installations, configurations, ETL processes, and module rollouts.
* Bonus points if you've touched other modules (IFRS9, FTP, Market Risk, etc.).
* Contribute to pre-sales discussions and solution discovery.
* Play a key role in shaping how we grow in Sweden.

This is a "wear-many-hats" kind of role where you'll get to influence how things are done - not just do what you're told.

🧩 We'd love to hear from you if:

* You've got 3+ Years of hands-on experience with BSM, especially in ALM and Liquidity.
* You know your way around SQL and ETL like it's second nature.
* You've worked on installations, upgrades, and know how to troubleshoot when things get weird.
* You understand a bank's balance sheet like a chef knows their knives.
* You're a self-starter, but not a lone wolf - you can build trust with clients and work solo or in teams.
* You're fluent in both Swedish and English.
* You're based in (or ready to move to) Stockholm.

You don't have to tick every box. Maybe you lean more technical, or more on the modelling and reporting side - we'd still love to chat.

🎯 Why this role is special:

* You're first. Be the pioneer in Sweden. Shape the local culture. Influence who gets hired next.
* No red tape. Flat hierarchy. A junior can message the CEO and not fear for their life.
* Community vibes. Over 200 professionals strong, but with a start-up soul. Slack channels for esports, discord community for after work hours, social events in the headquarters.
* Growth trajectory. We've grown 15-30% year on year. All organic. Zero debt. We're here for the long haul.
* Employee-owned. After 3 years, you can become a shareholder. Yup, we put our money where our culture is.
* Flex life. Hybrid working, strong trust culture, low politics. You do your best work, your way.

🌍 A bit about us (anonymously, for now):
We're a Nordic powerhouse in the world of balance sheet management and risk analytics. While our home base is in Finland, we've already got boots on the ground in Sweden - and now we're ready to give those boots a full-time owner. Our clients are household names in banking, and we're proud to be long-term partners, not short-term vendors.

If you're into finance but allergic to dull, love complex puzzles but not endless bureaucracy, and want to be part of something that's growing fast but staying human - we'd love to hear from you.

Ready to have a real say in how things grow? Apply now. Let's talk.
