We are working with a leading Microsoft Partner who are expanding their D365FO practice and are now seeking an experienced D365FO Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of enterprise ERP solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth consultancy at a pivotal stage, working on complex Finance and Operations transformation programmes across multiple industries. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring robust requirements definition, user adoption, and measurable business value from D365FO implementations.



Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, IT, and external implementation partners to gather, document, and analyse business requirements for D365FO solutions.

Required & Desirable Skills and Experience:

* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within ERP or D365 environments.
* Strong background in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with exposure to Finance, Supply Chain, or CE modules highly desirable.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with hands-on use of Azure DevOps or Jira for managing requirements and user stories.
* Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and/or Power BI for reporting and data insights is beneficial.
* Industry experience within engineering, manufacturing, or technology sectors is preferred.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Financial Systems Implementer to join our client's IT team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment to support a growing consumer products distribution business. The primary focus of this Functional Analyst position will be for training, SOP creation, business process improvement, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and deliver training programs for end users, focusing on financial and operational modules.
* Create user documentation, SOPs, and quick reference guides tailored to Finance and Operations.
* Provide helpdesk support and training reinforcement to users before and after go-lives.
* Serve as the subject matter expert on accounting-related ERP functionality (GL, AR/AP, Bank Recs, Fixed Assets, etc.).
* Ensure system processes comply with GAAP and internal controls.
* Support month-end close, reconciliations, audits, and reporting directly within Business Central.
* Analyze and improve business and accounting workflows.

Qualifications:
