Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Director of Information Management, the Project Manager is in charge of managing the project plan, budgets, resources and deliverables for the Microsoft Dynamics implementation project. Monitors teams to make sure goals and objectives are being met. Tracks project status, manages risks and resolves issues as they arise. Maintains standards and monitors scope with project quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Define the project charter and identify the key stakeholders;
* Create project management plans;
* Collect requirements;
* Define project scope, goals and deliverables;
* Create work breakdown structure (WBS);
* Define tasks, required resources, and develop and manage project schedule;
* Support and manage project team including internal and external stakeholders;
* Manage budget;
* Allocate project resources;
* Track deliverables;
* Identify quality requirements and standards, document how these will be tracked and create the quality management plan, metrics, checklists, process improvement plan and project document updates;
* Determine stakeholder communication needs and develop a communication plan and process to ensure that these needs are met;
* Monitor and report on project progress
* Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
* Conduct risk management activities including preparing a risk management plan, risk assessments, report identified risks, provide recommendations for mitigations of risks;
* Perform integrated change control to review all change requests, approve changes, manage changes to deliverables, organizational process assets, project documents, and the project management plan;
* Evaluate and assess result of project; and
* Perform tasks after hours, on weekends, and as required by management/supervisory staff.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

* At least six to ten years of work experience managing projects including enterprise resource planning system implementation;
* Experience working within project management practices described in the PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge, PMBOK;
* Excellent MS office skills including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and MS Project or similar project management software tools;
* Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent;
* Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management; and
* Vendor management experience, especially with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.

Interpersonal Skills:

* Detail oriented with excellent organization, motivation, influencing, analytical thinking, communication, negotiation, critical thinking and problem solving skills;

Summary



The person in this leadership role is accountable for the enterprise IT systems and network infrastructure. The IT Systems Manager works closely with the leadership of the Security Operations Center, Enterprise Systems, Software Development, and Analytics departments to implement and support their requirements and initiatives. This position will also provide expert technical guidance to the IT Support team and act as facilitator for teamwork and issue escalation. This individual will have a diversified background of technology infrastructure, demonstrated project management acumen and excellent vendor management skills. This person will be an adapt leader of people focused on leading a superior, service-oriented IT Systems team.

The IT Systems Manager provides in-depth technical expertise and guidance to the Sr Director of IT for strategic and operational initiatives. This person will have both a depth and breadth of knowledge of all company systems to provide insight and recommendations for strengthening company's system infrastructure.

Essential Job Functions:

* Develops and oversees the execution of enterprise technology standards, processes, and performance metrics to ensure IT is delivering value and sustainability to the business.
* Implements and maintains systems that are well integrated. Utilizes our assets to their fullest capability to extract value and efficiency.
* Design, build, and maintain a robust infrastructure that is resilient and has the capacity to support current business requirements with room for expansion.
* Implements and monitors security protocols as directed by the Security Operations Center. Provides rapid response to threats and anomalies and is an integral part of our threat escalation path.
* Works with IT leaders and business operations teams to ensure coordination of IT changes without impacting business processes.
* Works with PMO to implement IT governance on systems. Provides valuable insight and recommendations on IT standards and practices.
* Maintains currency on modern technologies and service management practices and provides recommendations on what emerging technologies and methods should be reviewed for integration within the business.
* Builds and maintains relationships with other IT leaders to develop a clear understanding of business needs; ensures timely delivery of IT services to meet those needs and can respond with agility to changing business priorities.


Qualifications:

* Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to fully engage systems team on timely delivery of solutions. Demonstrated ability to manage and execute multiple IT initiatives, utilizing team members and third-party resources effectively.
* Ability to develop, manage, coach, mentor and reinforce team members in line with the mission, vision, values, goals, and performance standards of formal and informal teams. This individual will build a dedicated team of technologists with an exceptional depth of knowledge of our infrastructure and the flexibility to meet future requirements.
* Strong, cross domain, technology acumen and preferably earlier career experience as an individual contributor of a technology team.
* Demonstrate the ability to prioritize competing business objectives that ensure the protection and sustainability of the company and meet the changing business priorities and expectations of senior leaders.
* Strong vendor management and partner relation skills to identify and leverage internal and external resources to enhance capabilities that support business objectives.
* Success in leveraging both traditional practices as well as emerging methods, such as DevOps, that are optimized for agility.
* Demonstrate the ability to improve Information and Systems performance through the application of original thinking to existing and emerging methods, processes, products, and services.
* Strong budget planning, fiscal management, and resource management skills. Achieves strong ROI (return on investment) on our technical assets.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to senior leaders, and priorities and objectives to the systems team.
