We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead a global technology strategy and drive the next phase of a digital transformation.

The CTO will shape the long-term technology vision of the organisation, leading the development of scalable digital platforms, modern cloud infrastructure, and innovative digital products that deliver real world value to customers and operations across multiple countries.

Your Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Innovation

Define and lead the company's long-term technology vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.

Develop and deliver a multi-year technology roadmap covering digital platforms, remote monitoring, analytics, AI solutions, device management, and customer-facing products.

Identify opportunities where technology can drive innovation, operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

Leadership & Technology Delivery

*

Lead and grow a high-performing global technology organisation across engineering, digital products, and platform teams.
*

Establish best practices in software engineering, product development, and cloud platform operations.
*

Drive the successful execution of technology initiatives while balancing innovation with platform stability and scalability.

Platform & Architecture Leadership

*

Own the organisation's enterprise technology architecture, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient platforms.
*

Guide development within a modern technology ecosystem built on Azure cloud services, .NET technologies, and advanced data platforms.
*

Ensure strong standards across security, compliance, integration, and performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

*

Work closely with the Head of Data to embed analytics and data-driven capabilities into digital platforms and products.
*

Collaborate with technology and IT leadership across regions to align development practices, governance, and technology standards.
*

Partner with operational teams and business units to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

What We're Looking For

*

Proven experience in senior technology leadership roles such as CTO, VP Technology, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology.
*

Demonstrated success delivering enterprise technology strategy and digital platform transformation.
*

Strong expertise in modern cloud environments (particularly Azure), enterprise architecture, and scalable digital platforms.
*

Experience leading engineering and technology teams in international or multi-country environments.
*

Overview:
A senior-level position for an experienced Functional D365 F&O Consultant with strong hands-on implementation experience and in-depth knowledge of the Sales module. The role involves leading a small team and managing the Sales work stream within projects.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience with D365 F&O Sales Module (configuration, solution design, implementation).
* Previous exposure to AX 4.
* Ability to lead and mentor a team of four consultants.
* Solid understanding of SCM processes and hands-on configuration experience.
