Business Development/ Sales Consultant (Dynamics 365 - ERP/ CRM)

I am actively seeking an experienced ERP/ CRM Business Development and Sales Consultant, with experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/ CRM solutions, for an exciting new vacancy with a expanding solution provider. The UK Dynamics 365 market is expanding rapidly month to month, and this is a fantastic opening to build on your sales/ business development skill set in a forward thinking environment; with excellent career progression and uncapped earning potential.

The role will involve working closely within the practice to help drive new business opportunity with new prospects and existing customers; whilst helping to secure further new projects. You will have hands on involvement in the full cycle sales process - converting warm leads and working with generation teams; presenting the product to prospects and working to close deals.

The role is primarily home based, with occasional on-site travel requirement across the UK.

My client requires a candidate who can provide:

* Hands on skills in selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/ CRM solutions (experience selling other business systems will be considered)
* Firm understanding of the full cycle digital transformation cycle
* Experience in contributing to business development/ sales strategy
* Strong presentation skills, with experience presenting to Senior Executive / Board level
* Skills in project discovery/ proof of concept, drawing up proposals, project estimations
* Excellent written & verbal Skills - ability to work from own initiative

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join a forward-thinking organisation that is driving growth in the data and AI space. You will play a key role in selling data engineering, analytics and AI-led solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients. This is a hybrid role combining new business development with account growth, ideal for someone who can both hunt for opportunities and nurture existing relationships.

You will manage the full sales lifecycle, engage with senior stakeholders and collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. Longer term, you will play a key role in helping to shape the organisation's go-to-market strategy for advanced data and AI services.

Responsibilities

* Develop new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise clients.
* Manage the full sales process with support from pre-sales and delivery teams.
* Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned to revenue targets.
* Own and grow assigned accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Job Description:
We are partnered with an established MS Partner who are looking to add a Business Development Manager to promote their services, drive sales across Dynamics-based ERP & CRM Solutions.
The successful applicant will take responsibility for owning multiple campaigns to varying organisations in-line with the company's objective.

Responsibilities:

* Take ownership of new business opportunities, working autonomously while coordinating with colleagues across the organisation who support activities such as demos, proposals, events and webinars.
* Lead cross‑functional bid teams to produce high‑quality written submissions for formal evaluation processes.
* Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in D365, using it to monitor engagement, track issues, measure progress and manage a healthy pipeline across Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP and Power Platform prospects.
* Identify, nurture and progress potential clients, collaborating closely with marketing to align outreach and targeted campaigns.
* Communicate confidently with stakeholders at every level of a business, including senior leadership.
