    Job Responsibilities

    *

    Work closely with the Product Lead to support software solutions and Power BI dashboard development
    *

    Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights for project stakeholders.
    *

    Support end‑to‑end software implementation activities, including requirements gathering, system testing, and tool deployment.
    *

    Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present findings in clear, user‑friendly formats.

    Collaborate with project managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure data solutions align with operational needs.

    Job Requirements

    * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
    * 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
    * Exposure to software implementation projects, ideally within the construction industry, is preferred.
    * Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
    * Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard and report development, data modeling
    * Solid in DAX and SQL
    * Strong communication skills with good command of English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
