    F&O Business Analyst - CPA/Finance Background | Sydney-Based End User | Rare Greenfield Opportunity

    Are you a finance professional with Microsoft Dynamics F&O experience and a passion for transformation? We're working with a Sydney-based end user at the very start of their greenfield Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation - and they're looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a CPA or strong finance background to join their program from day one.

    Greenfield end user roles like this are extremely rare in today's market, I predict this won't stay on the market for long.

    To be considered you MUST have strong stakeholder management/communications skills and previous F&O implementation experience.

    What you'll be doing:

    Act as a key liaison between finance stakeholders and the technical implementation team.

    Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.

    Support the design and configuration of Finance modules in D365 F&O.
    *

    Assist in testing, training, and adoption across finance functions.
    *

    Ensure alignment between business goals and solution delivery throughout the project.



    What we're looking for:

    *

    CPA or equivalent finance qualification.
    *

    At least one full end-to-end F&O implementation (ideally as a Business Analyst or Consultant).
    *

    Strong knowledge of core finance processes: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, etc.
    *

    Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills - highly valued by the business.
    *

    A hands-on, proactive approach and a passion for driving change.

    Head of IT - D365-Focused | Global Manufacturing & Distribution

    Are you a seasoned IT leader with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, who also understands the bigger picture of business transformation? We're partnering with a global manufacturing and distribution business that has recently implemented D365 F&O and is now looking for a Head of IT to drive the next phase of optimisation, integration, and innovation.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    * Lead and evolve the IT function, overseeing infrastructure and D365 operations across global regions.
    * Act as the bridge between technology and the business, translating operational needs into systems capability.
    * Hold external vendors accountable while championing internal alignment, ensuring projects stay on track and relevant to business goals.
    * Collaborate with global stakeholders across Australia, the US, and China.
    * Own the roadmap for integration, automation, AI/Copilot adoption, and continuous improvement beyond just ERP.
    * Help define what IT should look like: in-house vs outsourced, where to scale, and how to lead it sustainably.

    What They're Looking For:

    * Strong leadership experience in a Head of IT or equivalent strategic role.
    * Deep hands-on experience with D365 F&O, ideally across manufacturing and supply chain environments.
    * A strong grasp of IT operations, infrastructure, change management, and cross-functional team leadership.
    * Background working in-house (client-side) - not just as a consultant.
    * Proven track record driving transformation and system optimisation in complex, multi-regional businesses.
    * Experience leading globally distributed teams (current team of 4 direct reports).

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    * 10+ years in IT leadership, with D365 expertise at the core.
    * Background in manufacturing and distribution, preferably across global operations.
    * A visionary mindset - someone who sees IT as a growth driver, not just a support function.
