    I am actively representing a leading service sector organisation who are seeking to add to their technology team with a Dynamics CRM/ D365 CE systems specialist. The role will involve spearheading the management and continuous improvement of my clients business critical CRM environment - with a range of interesting projects planned for 2024 and beyond.

    My client operates a hybrid working model between home and Central London office - project phase dependant.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Managing my clients Dynamics CRM/ D365 CE environments on a daily basis
    * Analysing areas the system can be improved and rolling out effective change projects
    * Helping the business migrate from Dynamics CRM to Dynamics 365 CE across several instances
    * Coordinating closely with stakeholders/ third party providers

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Proven track record in the support, management and improvement of a Dynamics CRM/ D365 CE environment
    * Firm understanding of Dynamics CRM/ 365 Customer Engagement
    * End to end project lifecycle skills - analysing requirements through to testing, training and go-live
    * Skills in Power Platform (preferable, not essential)
    * Strong stakeholder/ third party engagement skills

To do this, they need someone competent in both functional and technical tasks with experience on previous D.365 CRM/CE upgrades.

    Position Overview:
    My client is looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Specialist to help optimise and enhance the CRM system, and play an active role in the future upgrade. In this role, you will play a key part in managing, customising, and maintaining the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that the organisation effectively manages customer interactions, sales, and marketing efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Customise and configure Dynamics 365 CE to meet the unique needs of our organisation.
