A leading Microsoft Partner is seeking a strategic and results-driven Project/Program Manager to lead enterprise-level Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation programs. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for a proven leader passionate about delivering impactful ERP transformation initiatives across dynamic business environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale D365 F&O implementations, coordinating cross-functional delivery teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O project and program delivery, aligning outcomes with business goals and success metrics.

Develop and maintain strategic project plans, managing budgets, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

7-10 years of project or program management experience within ERP environments (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O preferred).

Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level or multi-phase ERP implementations.
*

Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
*

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
*

Proven ability to manage budgets, risk, scope, and cross-functional teams.
*

Experience across industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or professional services is a plus.
*

PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.

Vos missions :

Piloter l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets IT, notamment le déploiement de l'ERP D365 F&O

Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers.

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques et fonctionnelles (intégrateur, développeurs, key users…).

Élaborer et suivre le planning, le budget et les indicateurs de performance du projet.

Animer des ateliers fonctionnels et des comités de pilotage.
*

Assurer le suivi du changement : documentation, formation, accompagnement utilisateurs.

Proposer des améliorations continues et veiller à la cohérence du SI autour de D365 F&O.



Profil recherché :

Expérience significative (3-5 ans minimum) en gestion de projets ERP, idéalement sur Dynamics 365 F&O ou AX.

Bonne compréhension des processus supply chain, WMS, production, finance...

Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet : planification, communication, coordination, reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee end-to-end data migration processes across platforms.
