D365 Sales Consultant

We're looking for a D365 Sales Consultant to drive growth across our Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform offerings. This role focuses on consultative, value‑led engagement - understanding customer challenges, shaping the right Microsoft solution, and working closely with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes. You'll lead strategic conversations, manage opportunities from discovery to close, and act as a trusted advisor on Microsoft Business Applications.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead discovery sessions to understand customer goals and recommend tailored Microsoft Business Application solutions.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from qualification through to proposal development and deal closure.
* Collaborate with account managers, presales, and technical teams to shape compelling, outcome‑driven solutions
* Stay informed on Microsoft's product roadmap and market trends to add value to customer conversations.

Experience & Skills

* Proven background selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or similar business application solutions.
* Strong consultative selling approach with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
* Experience working alongside technical and delivery teams during complex sales cycles.
* Excellent communication, commercial awareness, and the ability to articulate business value clearly.
