Assistant IT Manager - D365 F&O / Business Applications

Our client, a globally renowned leader in its industry, is seeking an IT Assistant Manager - Business Applications to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong. This is a permanent, in-house position offering excellent stability and long-term career growth.

The focus will be on the Dynamics 365 F&O ERP system, with a strong emphasis on innovation-leveraging emerging technologies such as RPA, AI, and modern payment solutions to optimize business processes and deliver strategic value.

Responsibilities will include:

* Assist Senior Manager to lead a small team to develop, maintain and support of various systems (like, Dynamics 365 F&O, Procurement and Finance system, HR, etc.)
* Work as an IT business partner to identify and propose suitable solution to improve business efficiency.
* Gather requirement from user, perform system analysis and software design, manage the project progress & ensure the project meet deadlines.
* Develops, implements and maintains a detailed project work plan, including appropriate controls, monitoring to ensure on-time, on-budget and quality outcomes.
* Monitors, reports, and responds to issues and risks associated with the project. Collaborate on projects with multiple stakeholders, complex inputs.
* Leverage existing solutions or propose new technologies / innovative solutions that could benefit business operations such as RPA, AI, API or other technologies.
* Mentor team members in project management, processes, tools, and techniques

Requirements:

* Degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent, with finance background a plus.
* Proven skills in project management - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
* Able to lead and support all activities in the Software Development Life Cycle
* Solid experience in Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations, familiar with Finance / Accounting / Supply Chain modules; Experience in PowerBI /PowerApps / Anaplan / MuleSoft are definite a plus
* A good team player with analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and good interpersonal skills
* Effective communication skills, good command of English and Chinese
