A leading data consultancy is hiring a Head of Data Foundations to lead and scale its core capabilities across Data Architecture, Engineering, and Data Management & Governance. This is a high-impact, Director-level role with full accountability for foundational data delivery and commercial performance across a £7-10M portfolio.

You'll shape the future of enterprise data transformation, lead high-performing teams, and play a key role in both winning new business and expanding existing client relationships. This is a rare opportunity to combine technical leadership with strategic growth responsibilities in a fast-scaling consultancy.

They are both a Microsoft Partner and a Databricks Partner, so experience within these ecosystems would be highly desirable.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Leading the design and delivery of cutting-edge data solutions across architecture, engineering, and governance.
* Driving commercial success across three core practices, with revenue targets between £7-10M.
* Supporting deal shaping and proposal development, including large-scale transformation programmes.
* Building and mentoring high-performing teams, and ensuring delivery excellence across the portfolio.
* Representing the business at industry events and contributing to thought leadership.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience leading large-scale data transformation programmes in complex environments.
* Strong consultancy background with a track record of hunting, winning, and growing client accounts.
* Deep expertise across data architecture, engineering, and governance.
* Experience managing senior teams and scaling delivery operations.
* Commercial acumen and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.

* Salary up to £140,000 + bonus
