Job Description
This role requires a blend of functional consulting expertise and technical know-how to successfully lead and support Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) implementations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, performing gap analysis, designing solutions, managing integrations, conducting end-user training, and supporting successful system adoption.
Role & Responsibilities.

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of CRM and business solutions, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements and organizational goals.

Facilitate discovery sessions to gather and document business needs, translate them into detailed user stories and functional specifications, and guide solution design decisions.

Manage end-to-end project activities including solution demonstrations, user acceptance testing, impact assessments for change requests, and preparation of user documentation.

Collaborate with technical teams to support system integrations, data mapping, and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.

Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops for both administrators and end users to ensure successful adoption and long-term solution sustainability.
Skills & Qualifications
* 4-10 years of techno-functional experience in Dynamics CRM/CE.
* Experienced in leading/ working on Dynamics CE implementations.
* Experienced in Power Platform (Power BI).
* Experienced in collaborating with stakeholders and gathering requirements, mapping, and documentation.
* Experienced in provided end-user training.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
