Solutions architect/ AI Automation Consultant

Build the bridge between enterprise platforms, AI, and real-world automation

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect/ Fullstack engineer to join a partner organisation delivering AI and Hyperautomation solutions to clients across Sweden, spanning both public and private sector organisations. This is a 6-12 month assignment, hybrid-based out of Stockholm or Gothenburg, working alongside a team expanding its Hyperautomation offering further into AI-driven and agentic automation.

Your background will likely be rooted in .NET and Azure development, with your career having evolved more recently into AI-driven and agentic automation solutions built on the Microsoft ecosystem. Your primary focus will be designing, building, and delivering these solutions into enterprise environments, working within clients' existing platforms and constraints rather than building custom solutions in isolation. The role spans the full pipeline, from AI/agentic design through to secure, production deployment for real end users.

While hands-on delivery of AI pipelines will be your main focus, you'll also draw on experience with more established automation technologies, working across a mix of modern agentic AI and traditional automation tooling depending on client needs.

We're looking for someone who thrives working directly with enterprise clients, is comfortable navigating security and governance requirements in regulated or sensitive environments, and can adapt AI solutions to fit within existing customer platforms rather than reinventing them from scratch.

What you'll do

* Design, build, and deliver AI-driven and agentic automation solutions for enterprise clients across public and private sectors
* Take ownership of the AI pipeline end-to-end, from design and development through to deployment for real external customers and end users
* Draw on a strong .NET and Azure foundation to build secure, production-grade solutions on the Microsoft ecosystem
* Implement security, access control, and human-in-the-loop approval mechanisms appropriate for enterprise and sensitive-data environments
* Work within clients' existing platforms and constraints, including the broader Microsoft ecosystem, rather than defaulting to custom-built solutions
* Apply traditional automation approaches where appropriate, including Power Automate, UiPath, ServiceNow workflows, process mining, or IDP
* Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, delivery teams, and the wider Hyperautomation practice
* Support the growth of the Hyperautomation offering as it expands further into AI-driven and agentic automation
* Participate across the assignment lifecycle, from solution design and build through to client handover and support

What we're looking for

Essential

* Strong background in .NET (C#) development and Azure, with recent experience applying this into AI and automation solutions
* Demonstrable, hands-on experience personally designing and building AI pipelines or automation solutions, not just overseeing them
* Experience delivering solutions that are used by real external customers and end users, not solely within a personal product venture
* Experience with security, access control, sensitive data handling, and human-in-the-loop approval processes in enterprise AI solutions
* Comfortable working within existing customer platforms and constraints, including the Microsoft ecosystem
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work directly with enterprise clients
* Available for interim/contract assignment work (6-12 months)

Highly appreciated

* Experience with traditional automation technologies such as Power Automate, UiPath, ServiceNow workflows, process mining, or IDP
* Experience with agentic AI frameworks and enterprise-grade deployment practices
* Swedish as a primary language, with the ability to work comfortably in both Swedish and English
* Experience working through a consultancy or partner model, delivering to multiple clients across industries
* Background spanning both public and private sector engagements
