D365 F&O Business Analyst - Irving, TX

We're hiring a D365 F&O Business Analyst (ERP Lead) to play a critical role in scaling a growing organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you'll partner closely with finance, accounting, and cross-functional teams to drive system improvements and business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Act as the ERP Lead for D365 F&O, owning business analysis and solution delivery
Partner with finance and accounting stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize processes
Translate business needs into functional solutions within D365
Lead system enhancements across finance, supply chain, and warehousing
Deliver presentations and communicate effectively with end users and leadership
Collaborate across departments to drive adoption and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

5-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in D365 F&O
Strong experience in finance/accounting modules (highly preferred)
Background in manufacturing (required) and warehousing (critical)
Exposure to supply chain; master planning is a plus
Experience with Medius (ISV) is a plus
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with internal stakeholders
Proven ability to operate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
