BI Developer - On‑Prem SQL- Hybrid (Reading)- up to £60,000

You Will Work With

* Developing and optimising SQL databases (T‑SQL, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning)
* Building and maintaining SSIS packages
* Designing and delivering on‑prem ETL processes
* Data modelling and dimensional modelling
* Contributing to ongoing data warehouse builds and improvements
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the BI environment
* Working within a tight, supportive team - each with their own specialisms but always willing to help

Key Experience

Essential

* Strong SQL / T‑SQL development
* Solid SSIS experience
* Proven ETL development background
* Data modelling & dimensional modelling
* Data warehousing (schema design + build)
* Experience as an on‑prem BI Developer / SQL Data Engineer
* Ability to work independently with strong communication skills

Desirable

* Exposure to Power BI / DAX
* Experience with SQL DBA‑type tasks
* Hospitality sector familiarity
* Bonus points if you're someone who takes an interest in SQL community events
