Step into a role where your technical expertise directly shapes how the organisation operates day to day. Working closely with the Systems Lead, you'll play a central part in designing, enhancing, and optimising solutions across Dynamics 365 CRM, the Power Platform, Model‑Driven Apps, and Power Automate.

This is an opportunity to build systems that are robust, scalable, and genuinely transformative. You'll combine configuration, automation, integration, and custom development to improve data quality, streamline workflows, and deliver intuitive, user‑centric tools that make a meaningful difference across the business

What You'll Be Doing

* Transform Dynamics 365 CRM through smart configuration and customisation, ensuring it evolves with the business and remains a trusted source of truth.
* Build powerful, time‑saving automations in Power Automate that cut out repetitive work and unlock new levels of efficiency.
* Develop and enhance solutions across the Power Platform, including Model‑Driven Apps, to expand system capability and user experience.
* Create and maintain integrations that keep data flowing seamlessly between Dynamics 365 and other core systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues, using proactive monitoring and root‑cause analysis to strengthen long‑term stability.
* Design and deliver bespoke web tools, dashboards, calculators, and reporting assets that push the platform beyond its out‑of‑the‑box limits.
* Contribute to agile, sprint‑based delivery cycles, helping shape and refine the team backlog.

What You Bring

* Hands‑on experience configuring and customising Dynamics 365 CRM.
* Strong capability across the Power Platform-especially Power Automate and Model‑Driven Power Apps.
* Experience designing and maintaining system integrations.
* A solid grasp of data structures, system logic, and workflow design.
* The ability to turn business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions.
* Exposure to agile or sprint‑based delivery environments (a bonus, not a must).

What's in It for You

* Starting salary up to £50k, depending on experience
* Company bonus scheme
* Support with study materials and exam fees for relevant certifications
* Generous annual leave, pension, and a range of additional benefit
