Our client, a growing and innovation-focused organization in the Greater Seattle area, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Technology Solutions to lead enterprise technology across Infrastructure and Business Applications.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for aligning technology strategy with business growth, modernizing infrastructure, and optimizing ERP systems-while positioning the organization for future innovation, including AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership over IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Applications.
*

Assess business operations and proactively deliver technology solutions aligned to company objectives.
*

Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives, including support and enhancement of Azure-based environments.
*

Lead or support ERP initiatives, upgrades, and optimizations (experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV required; Business Central strongly preferred).
*

Evaluate and implement forward-looking technologies, including AI where appropriate.
*

Partner closely with executive and operational leaders to ensure technology investments produce measurable business outcomes.
*

Build, strengthen, and scale the IT function to support continued growth.

Required Qualifications

*

Proven leadership experience overseeing both Infrastructure and ERP environments.
*

Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV; Business Central highly preferred.
*

Demonstrated success aligning IT strategy with business objectives.
*

Forward-thinking mindset with exposure to or implementation of AI solutions.
*

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
