A client in the manufacturing space is seeking a Business Central Administrator to own and optimize their internal Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. In this role, you'll function as one of the go‑to expert for Dynamics 365 Business Central system performance, configuration, integrations, and user support ensuring the teams have a stable, efficient, and scalable ERP system that drives business success.

Key Responsibilities

* System Administration: Manage, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including modules, extensions, and security roles.
* User Support & Training: Provide tier-2 support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to empower end users across the business.
* Process Optimization: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps and implement enhancements or automation within Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Data Integrity: Oversee data governance, imports, backups, and system cleanup to ensure accuracy and reliability.
* Integrations: Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support integrations with third-party apps, Power Platform tools, or custom extensions.
* Upgrades & Releases: Manage updates, test new features, and ensure seamless deployment across environments.
* Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for configurations, workflows, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

* Proven experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAVISION).
* Strong understanding of configuration, permissions, workflows, and reporting.
* Ability to troubleshoot system issues and translate technical information for non-technical users.
* Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, AL extensions (nice to have), or related tools.
* Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
