Base up to £80,000 + Uncapped Commission (Realistic Double OTE)

We're looking for a Dynamics 365 CE & Business Central Sales Consultant to join a high‑growth Microsoft partner and take ownership of new business across the UK SMB market.

What You'll Be Doing
* Selling Dynamics 365 CE and Business Central solutions into the SMB and mid‑market space
* Managing a pipeline with an average deal value around £400k, while still embracing smaller, fast‑moving opportunities
* Building strong relationships with prospects, partners, and internal delivery teams
* Running the full sales cycle - discovery, scoping, proposals, demos, commercials, and close
* Working closely with pre‑sales and technical teams to shape compelling solution propositions
* Driving revenue growth through a mix of inbound leads, partner referrals, and your own network
* Representing the business at events, webinars, and industry forums

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience selling D365 CE and/or Business Central for a Microsoft partner
* Comfortable closing both small deals and larger multi‑stream programmes
* A hunter mentality - proactive, persistent, and commercially sharp
* Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and licensing
* Ability to articulate value to non‑technical stakeholders
* A consultative, relationship‑driven sales style
* Someone who genuinely enjoys the SMB market and its fast pace
