We're seeking a Dynamics 365 CE (Sales) and Power Platform Consultant to work directly with clients on designing, customizing, and delivering impactful CRM and automation solutions. You'll gain hands‑on experience, support from senior leaders, and countless opportunities to expand your skills across the Microsoft ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

* Lead CRM discovery, design, configuration, and deployment for Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Field Service, etc.
* Build and enhance custom apps, flows, and automations using Power Platform
* Translate business processes into scalable technical and functional solutions
* Train users, develop documentation, and support successful adoption
* Work closely with developers, PMs, and fellow consultants
* Stay current on Microsoft product updates, features, and best practices

What You Bring:

* 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE/Sales
* Hands-on Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
* Strong understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and CRM best practices
* Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and client‑facing skills
* Ability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
* Bonus: Experience with customer service modules, plugin development, or integration tools
* Must have at least 2 years of experience consulting with a Microsoft Partner or Big 5 Consulting firm
* Experience working within manufacturing or distribution organizations is a plus
