About the Role

We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to join a growing technology‑focused organisation that supports businesses with regulatory compliance and systems implementation.

In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their needs before configuring and delivering a software solution that will help streamline their compliance processes and improves reporting accuracy. This is a hands‑on role where you will manage implementations end‑to‑end, working with a diverse range of customers.

Responsibilities

* Lead and deliver software implementation projects, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule.
* Gather and document client and internal requirements, configuring the software to meet business needs.
* Analyse client workflows and provide best‑practice recommendations aligned with system capabilities.
* Support the client post-implementation and assist in continuous improvement cycles.

Skills and Experience

* Strong technical background specifically with T-SQL
* Experience with query writing, performance tuning and indexing
* Experience with ASP.Net/C#.
* Strong customer‑facing skills with the ability to understand both high‑level and detailed requirements.

What Is on Offer

* Salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience
