Junior D365 Business Central Consultant

Our client is a leading and growing Manufacturer that is looking to hire a Junior D365 Business Central Consultant. This position is ideal for individuals ready to enhance their background in D365 Business Central, Lanham EDI, support tickets, and knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem while working alongside a senior techno-functional team.

In this role, you will be engaged in various projects that require a strong understanding of business processes and technology. Ideal candidates will possess:

* Hands-on experience working with D365 Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV.
* Understanding and familiarity with functionalities and modules within D365 Business Central.
* Experience with Lanham EDI, preferable EDI tickets (triage, support, processing).
* Experience handling high-volume support tickets within D365 Business Central.
* Expertise working alongside and communicating with stakeholders and internal teams.
* Knowledge of best practices, requirements gathering, process improvement within an ERP environment.
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
