About the Role

A global technology organisation is building a new agentic AI platform and is hiring a Lead Product Manager to drive the product from early-stage development through launch. This is a senior, high-impact role owning product strategy, delivery, and commercial outcomes.

You'll collaborate closely with distributed engineering and design teams and act as the most senior product leader in the Norwegian office.

Key Responsibilities

*

Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution from alpha to launch.
*

Turn complex AI capabilities into intuitive, market-ready product experiences.
*

Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering and design teams across multiple locations.
*

Define pricing, monetisation, and go-to-market strategy.
*

Build trust-driven product workflows to ensure adoption and reliability.
*

Help develop a two-sided ecosystem (creators building AI agents + users adopting them).
*

Balance performance, cost, and UX to deliver high-quality outcomes at speed.

What We're Looking For

*

7-10+ years in product management, with experience shipping and scaling products.
*

Strong commercial product background (P&L or revenue ownership).
*

Experience launching products in high-growth or evolving environments.
*

Deep understanding of AI-first product development and hands-on use of AI tools.
*

Excellent cross-functional collaboration with distributed engineering and design teams.
*

Ability to simplify technical concepts into clear, customer-focused narratives.
*

Strong understanding of monetisation models and GTM.
*

High standards for UX and design quality (Figma familiarity).
*

Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
*

Experience building or scaling ecosystems (creators + users).
