What You'll Do
In this role, you will take ownership of your projects from concept to delivery. Typical engagements range from 100-300 hours, giving you variation, pace, and meaningful autonomy.
Your work will include
* Hands-on software development using C#/.NET (Core & Framework)
* Working with SQL Server, Blazor, and hybrid-cloud solutions
* Supporting clients in adopting Azure services and exploring ML initiatives
* Helping shape the structure and culture of a scaling Bergen development hub
Must-Have Skills
* Experience with C# / .NET (Framework and/or Core)
* Knowledge of Azure cloud services
* Strong knowledge of SQL Server
* Ability to work across full project lifecycles
* Comfortable with customer dialogue and requirement handling
Nice-to-Have
* Experience with Blazor, Angular, WPF, or WebAssembly
* Interest in architecture, standards, and team scaling
