Business Central Support Specialist (Hybrid)
We are seeking a Business Central Specialist to join our clients team in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support for D365 Business Central, handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 inquiries to ensure smooth system functionality and a positive user experience.
Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Business Central users

Troubleshoot system issues and escalate complex cases when needed
*
Assist with system configuration, user setup, and permissions
*
Support month-end processes and daily operational tasks
*
Document system changes, processes, and resolutions
*
Collaborate with key users, IT, and external partners on BC enhancements
Qualifications:
*
Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
*
Strong understanding of BC modules such as Finance, Inventory, or Manufacturing
*
Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills
*
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
*
Prior help desk or support experience preferred
