What You'll Do

* Prototype and experiment with LLM-based architectures, including LangChain agents, retrieval systems, and custom pipelines.
* Collaborate with a cross-functional team to explore new AI-driven product concepts from idea to proof-of-concept.
* Work hands-on in Python, designing, iterating, and refining intelligent tools that push the boundaries of what's possible.
* Challenge assumptions, propose improvements, and help shape the direction of our AI strategy.

What We're Looking For

* Solid Python development experience.
* Proven experience (or deep tinkering) with LLMs, LangChain, and related frameworks.
