Controller w/ NAV or Business Central Experience

Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to lead our accounting operations and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting. The ideal candidate has hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (with Business Central experience considered a strong plus) and a solid background in managing end‑to‑end financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee general ledger, month‑end and year‑end close processes, and preparation of financial statements
* Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting, and cash‑flow forecasting
* Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
* Optimize and administer the Dynamics NAV environment, including reporting, configuration, and process improvements
* Support migration or enhancement efforts related to Business Central, if applicable
* Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and guide strategic decision‑making

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
* Proven experience as a Controller or senior accounting leader
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics NAV; Business Central familiarity is highly desirable
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
