- Provide support during the implementation and maintenance phases.

**Required Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft products & business softwares (non-core)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent Excel Skills (Must Have)
- Experience in business process analysis and optimization.
