Dynamics 365 CE Business Analyst

Business Analyst - D365 CE - UK-Wide (Hybrid - Travel to client site).

Role & Responsibilities

*

Collaborate with technical teams on D365 CE integration's, data migrations, and Power Platform enhancements.
*

Conduct process mapping and design "As-Is" and "To-Be" models to support D365 CE solution implementation.
*

Analyse CRM data and dashboards to provide insights and recommend process improvements.
*

Support testing phases (incl. UAT) and create tailored user training for D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
*

Deliver post-go-live support to drive user adoption and maximise value from D365 CE implementations.

Skills & Experience

*

Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
*

Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse within a business context.
*

Skilled in stakeholder engagement, process modelling, and change management.
*

Familiar with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies in CRM/ERP project environments.
*

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
