Senior Manager - (AI & Digital Solution)

My client, a well-knowned organisation in Hong Kong, is now looking for a Senior Manager - Advanced Digital Technology to lead a dedicated team focusing on AI and digital solutions to drive internal transformation.

Job Responsibilities:

* Design and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps to align with business objectives.
* Identify and implement new technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, data lakes) to enhance business value.
* Oversee performance management and career development for team members, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
* Supervise IT project execution, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment; Provide guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.
* Evaluate and manage vendor relationships for quality and cost-effectiveness; Negotiate contracts and service agreements with external partners.
* Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost savings.
* Communicate technology strategies and project updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
* Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or IT management (ITIL) are desirable.
* 15+ years of experience in IT management or related roles, with expereince in technology implementation.
* Strong understanding of advanced IT technologies such as AI, IoT, and data lake technologies.
* Good leadership and people management skills.
* Effective project management and problem-solving skills.
* Strong analytical and budget management capabilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is a plus.
* Self-motivated, critical thinking, innovative, strong leadership and analytical capabilities, able to work under pressure.
