About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled D365 F&O Finance Consultant with strong implementation experience to join the team. In this role, you will work closely with the team and the client to design, configure, and deliver Finance solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will be a key player in end-to-end implementations, ensuring that the system supports business requirements while driving process efficiency and best practice adoption.

Key responsibilities

Lead workshops with business users to gather and analyze finance requirements.

Design and configure finance modules within D365 F&O (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, etc.).
*

Participate in all stages of implementation: fit-gap analysis, system design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
*

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integrations and customizations align with finance processes.
*

Provide guidance on best practices and process improvements for financial operations.
*

Deliver training and support to end users and super-users.
*

Stay up to date with the latest D365 Finance capabilities and updates.

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Finance Consultant in Dynamics 365 F&O / AX, with at least 2-3 full-cycle implementations.
*

Strong knowledge of core finance processes and accounting principles.
*

Hands-on configuration experience across finance modules in D365 F&O.
*

Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations.
*

Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
*

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

*

Microsoft certifications in D365 Finance.
*

Experience with localization and statutory requirements.
*

Exposure to related modules (Project Management & Accounting, Supply Chain).
*

Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools.
