About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company in Bergen seeking a visionary VP of Engineering to lead their technology strategy and development teams. This is a senior leadership position where you'll shape the engineering vision, drive innovation, and ensure the delivery of world-class software solutions.

What You'll Do

* Define and execute the engineering strategy aligned with business goals.
* Lead and mentor a talented team of developers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
* Oversee architecture and development of fullstack applications using .NET, React, and Azure.
* Ensure scalability, security, and performance of SaaS products.
* Work closely with product and business teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in senior engineering leadership (Head of Engineering, VP, CTO).
* Strong technical background in .NET, React, and Azure.
* Experience building and scaling SaaS platforms.
* Excellent communication skills in Norwegian.
* Strategic mindset with hands-on ability when needed.
