Job Description - Head of Microsoft Business Application Sales (Remote, UK-Based)

Lead the growth of Dynamics 365 Business Applications with one of the UK's top Microsoft Cloud Solution Partners. This is a senior leadership role, ideal for a strategic sales professional passionate about Microsoft technology and team performance.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Dynamics 365 Business Applications sales team.

Develop and execute growth-focused sales strategies.

Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
*

Set, monitor, and exceed sales targets using data-driven insights.
*

Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams for end-to-end customer success.

Oversee proposal creation, including RFP/RFI responses and sales collateral.
*

Provide thought leadership through content contributions and event participation.
*

Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and Microsoft innovations.

Foster continuous learning and development across the sales team.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven success in a sales leadership role, particularly within Dynamics 365.

Deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and Dynamics 365 business applications.

Strong leadership and team management experience.
