Role Overview

The company is seeking a skilled Platform Engineer to contribute to the deployment and maintenance of a federated, multi-service Data & AI platform. The focus will be on secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure, governance implementation, and enabling advanced data services.

Key Skills & Experience

* Proven expertise in Terraform for Azure infrastructure as code
* Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, especially using GitHub Actions
* Experience with Azure Private Link and Private Link Service
* Proficiency in Databricks and Unity Catalog for data governance
* Familiarity with Azure Policy and compliance enforcement
* Solid background in identity and access management, including OAuth and federated credentials
* Deep knowledge of Azure security best practices (e.g., Defense in Depth, BCDR, high availability)
* Experience in Azure cost management and optimisation strategies
