Job Title: D365 F&O Technical Manager

Location: Sydney (CBD), NSW



Key Responsibilities:

* Owns enterprise architecture and roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
* Strong Microsoft ecosystem expertise, defining and governing integrations across Azure Integration Services and leading delivery across Microsoft Power Platform and broader Azure services.
* Proven technical leadership in ERP engineering, overseeing X++ customisations, solution quality, upgrade readiness, and end-to-end delivery through system integrators and vendors.
* Senior leadership and team management experience, leading high-performing D365 and platform engineering teams while owning technology strategy, risk, governance, and executive-level decision support.



Skills & Experience:

* 10+ years of hands-on development experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, combined with senior leadership experience in D365 F&O
* Deep Microsoft ecosystem expertise, spanning Azure Integration Services and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
* Demonstrated ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platforms
* Excellent Stakeholder Management experience
