    This is a great opportunity for a Support Engineer to join a leading Microsoft Partner. The company specialise in delivering solutions to high-profile government, banking and defence sector customers. Due to continued growth, they're looking for a 1st Line Engineer to join their dynamic support team working with one of their key customers in the North of Wales.



    Key Responsibilities

    * Providing first-line technical support to end-users both on site and remotely.
    * Administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
    * Managing Azure Active Directory users, groups, and policies.
    * Assisting with Intune deployments and device management.
    * Logging, tracking, and resolving incidents via the service desk system.
    * Escalating complex issues to 2nd/3rd line teams where necessary.



    Key skills required:

    * At least 1 year of experience in a 1st Line Support or Service Desk role.
    * Good knowledge of M365 administration and support.
    * Hands-on experience with Azure AD
    * Experience with Intune deployments
    * Experience building laptops / Mac support
    * A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
    * SC clearance eligibility (or willingness to undergo clearance)

    Overview
