Position: Freelance Consultant - M365 Integration Specialist

Location: Malmo, Sweden

Key Responsibilities:

* M365 Integration: Lead the integration of Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange, etc.) into clients' existing IT infrastructures, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
* Technical Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client environments to identify integration requirements and potential challenges.
* Solution Design: Develop and implement custom M365 solutions tailored to meet client-specific needs and objectives.
* Migration Support: Manage and execute data migrations to M365, including planning, risk assessment, and troubleshooting.
* Automation and Scripting: Utilize PowerShell and other scripting languages to automate tasks, streamline processes, and enhance M365 functionality.
* Security and Compliance: Implement best practices for M365 security, compliance, and data governance, ensuring client adherence to industry standards and regulations.
* Training and Support: Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of M365 tools.
* Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including integration plans, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Proven Expertise: Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 integration projects, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
* Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of M365 architecture, administration, and configuration.
* PowerShell Scripting: Strong skills in PowerShell for automation and management of M365 environments.
* Migration Experience: Hands-on experience with data migration to M365, including tools such as ShareGate, BitTitan, or similar.
* Security Knowledge: Understanding of M365 security features, compliance requirements, and data protection strategies.
* Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
* Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are highly desirable.

Power Platform Developer

As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust and scalable solutions. Your expertise will be critical in driving the success of our projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other components of the Power Platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development.
Ensure solutions are aligned with best practices and industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Continuously explore and stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of the Power Platform.
Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and guidelines for Power Platform development.
