    Business Analysts - Surrey (Hybrid) - Up to £60,000

    I'm currently partnering with a leading UK manufacturing and supply chain organisation that is looking to appoint a Business Analyst to play a key role in the modernisation of its technology landscape.

    The business is in the midst of a significant digital transformation programme, making this an exciting opportunity to join an organisation investing heavily in its digital platforms, automation initiatives and cloud-native technologies.

    Working at the centre of a complex, multi-site operation, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to analyse existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.



    Required Skills & Experience:

    * Extensive SQL proficiency.
    * Good understanding of programming languages - e.g. Python and C++
    * Experience in systems thinking.
    * Documentation tool experience - e.g. Confluence, Jira, Visio, Lucidchart.
    * Exposure to the software development life cycle.
    * Strong understanding of business process modelling.

    Account Manager - (Home-Based, UK Only)

    Nigel Frank International are partnered with an established Microsoft Business Applications Partner who are looking to add a talented Account Manager to their forward-thinking organisation.

    They are keen to speak with experienced Account Manager's who have the ability to take ownership of high-profile customers and make a significant contribution to the continuous improvement of the organisations account management capability.

    Responsibilities:

    * Manage and Nurture relationships with a portfolio of high-value clients, acting as the main commercial contact
    * Develop and execute tailored account plans that align with each customer's goals and business priorities
    * Lead regular client engagement activities, including performance reviews and strategic planning sessions
    * Collaborate cross-functionality to ensure delivery commitments are met and customer initiatives are progressed effectively
    * Identify and capitalise on revenue opportunities, including account expansion, additional services, and optimisation

    Skills and Experience:

    * Demonstrable experience in account management or client-facing commercial roles, ideally within SaaS, ERP, or subscription-based environments
    * Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar platforms.
    * Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships involving multiple stakeholders
    * Commercially astute, with a track record of retaining and growing client accounts
    * Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and operate independently.
