    Roles & Responsibilities



    • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts.

    • Host regular meetings and calls with the client to build rapport and maintain a mutual relationship.

    • Capture all key information such as future growth plans, deals and targets, key communication into the CRM

    • Exceed sales targets set

    • Collaborate with clients to develop and drive technical roadmap, drive outcomes, and report on progress.

    • Host and lead client meeting/calls to progress with the delivery of products and services identified from the roadmap

    • Attend the regular sales meetings providing all requirements and information.


    Skills required



    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the IT B2B sector as a Technical Account Manager.

    • A general IT technical knowledge and understanding and more specifically of Microsoft products and services to be creditable when speaking with clients at all levels.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.

    • A proven track record of technology solutions sales across Enterprise and mid-market clients.

    • Confidence to manage relationships on a technical and business level.

    • Experience of utilising a CRM system.

    • In depth knowledge of 365 licencing, Microsoft 365 product suite, Microsoft Azure, Networking, Virtualisation

    This role sits within the Data and Insight team. They are currently collecting as much data as they can from multiple sources focusing on customer experience data. The Teams focus is very much on supporting their retailer network and their head office team.     The purpose of these new roles is to support existing Power BI dashboards and also enable the development of new Power BI dashboards, working closely with the rest of the visualisation team, and alongside their data science and engineering teams. You will join a constantly expanding team, with great support and training put in place.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * You will provide services to support the current range of Power Bi Dashboards that ensures a high level of accuracy, reliability and relevancy of the delivered insights. Another part of the role will be working on Bug fixes and ongoing enhancements.
    * You will also be Enabling the development of new Power BI dashboards. You will work within the Visualisation team and with the support of Data engineering resources interact with key stakeholders across the business to support the visualisation of generated insight, including business analysis, capturing requirements, calculations and Supporting Data structures.
