    The Opportunity

    This role sits within a dedicated AI Agile Squad, a cross‑functional team responsible for designing and delivering AI‑driven tools that improve legal and operational workflows. You will play a key role in shaping how AI is adopted across the organisation - from early discovery through to iterative delivery and optimisation.

    You will be at the centre of major digital transformation initiatives, working closely with product, technology, data, and operational teams to ensure solutions are user‑centred, compliant, and operationally impactful.

    This is a hybrid role requiring presence in one of their offices approximately 60% of the time, with flexibility as needed. (Cambridge, Norwich, Ipswich or Essex)

    You will bring:

    * Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role within digital/technology environments
    * Strong understanding of workflow automation and process optimisation
    * Experience working within Agile teams and supporting iterative product delivery
    * Knowledge of AI concepts such as LLMs, NLP, classification/extraction models, summarisation or RAG workflows
    * Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences
    * Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop‑facilitation skills
    * Experience contributing to or leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies
    * Confidence working in regulated, risk‑sensitive, or data‑driven environments

    About the Role
    We are seeking a Product Manager to join a forward thinking, technology driven organisation delivering cutting edge AI solutions that enhance services across the business.

    Working as part of a dedicated AI Squad, you will play a key role in shaping, defining and delivering AI powered products that streamline workflows and improve client outcomes. This is a hands on role that blends product ownership, business analysis, service design and Agile delivery.

    Rather than simply supporting existing systems, you will be involved in end to end product development by identifying opportunities, refining requirements, guiding development teams and ensuring each AI solution delivers measurable value with accuracy and reliability.

    You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across legal, operations, data, engineering and external vendors to define requirements and help drive the organisation's AI strategy.

    Responsibilities
    * Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
    * Lead discovery activities including workshops, interviews and workflow analysis
    * Define user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps for AI enabled solutions
    * Support backlog management, prioritisation and sprint planning
    * Facilitate Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master, ensuring effective delivery and continuous improvement
    * Communicate complex AI concepts to non technical audiences

    Skills and Experience
    * Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager within digital, tech or professional services
    * Strong understanding of automation, workflow optimisation and process re engineering
    * Experience working within Agile teams
    * Understanding of AI technologies such as LLMs, NLPs and RAG pipelines
    * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    * Experience facilitating workshops and discovery sessions
