FO Tech-Coordinator - Belgium (Hybrid Remote)

We're looking for a Tech Coordinator to join an international end-user based in Belgium. This position gives a clear path to grow into a Technical Architect and is for a permanent position.

Role Overview

This is a chance to learn directly from the current Technical Architect while taking on real responsibilities from day one. You'll support live models and new implementations, get involved across a range of technical areas, and gradually step into more ownership as your skills develop. It's a great fit for someone early in their career who's ready to build toward a leadership role.

Responsibilities

Support and coordinate technical operations across D365 F&O and related platforms
*

Work with both internal leads and external partners
*

Provide input on development, integrations, and infrastructure setup
*

Assist with ALM functions and ISV management
*

Contribute to analytics and reporting
*

Manage security-related responsibilities
*

Gain exposure to project management tasks (not a PM role)

Skills & Experience

*

2-4 years of experience with D365 F&O and Azure services
*

Knowledge of X++, Power Platform, and Azure Integration Services
*

Experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, and GitHub Actions
*

Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and analytics tools
*

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
*

Ambition to learn and progress toward a Technical Architect position

Work Setup

*

Based in Belgium, with occasional travel to the Liège Region
*

Hybrid model: mostly remote, typically 1 day onsite every couple of weeks (up to 1-3 days depending on workload)
*

English required; French is a plus
