    About the Role

    My client is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) Functional Consultant to lead full-cycle ERP implementations and deliver high-quality solutions to clients. This role requires deep functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the ability to guide clients from discovery through post-go-live support.

    You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions, ensuring successful project delivery and long-term client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    *

    Lead end-to-end implementations of D365 Business Central, including:

    *

    Requirements gathering and business process analysis
    *

    Solution design and system configuration
    *

    Data migration and validation
    *

    User acceptance testing (UAT)
    *

    Deployment and go-live support
    *

    Post-implementation optimization and ongoing support

    *

    Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, recommending best practices aligned with industry standards.

    Configure and optimize core modules, including:

    Financial Management
    *

    Supply Chain Management
    *

    Manufacturing
    *

    Warehousing

    *

    Conduct workshops and training sessions for key stakeholders and end users.

    Develop functional documentation, process flows, and system specifications.

    Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and reporting solutions.

    Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements.

    Required Qualifications

    *

    4+ years of hands-on consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
    *

    Proven experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations.
    *

    Strong understanding of accounting principles and ERP best practices.
    *

    Deep functional knowledge of Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Warehousing modules.
    *

    Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions and data analysis tools.
    *

    Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    *

    Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate certification (preferred; required after hire if not currently held).
    *

    Experience working in a client-facing consulting environment.
    *

    Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
