ERP Principal Consultant- Remote- UK- 100k

Anderson Frank International has been appointed by a fast-growing consultancy in Ireland that is picking up where it left off from 2025. Our client is seeking an experienced Principal ERP Consultant to join the business and play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality ERP implementations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior-level consultant who can hit the ground running, act as a team lead, and take ownership of ERP delivery across complex projects. The role offers strong long-term progression and the chance to shape practice within a growing consulting function.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead and deliver end-to-end ERP implementations
*

Act as a technical and functional team lead, mentoring and guiding consultants
*

Engage with stakeholders during pre-sales activities, including solution design and demonstrations
*

Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high standard
*

Work hands-on across project phases including design, configuration, testing, and go-live

Skills & Qualifications

*

Proven experience delivering ERP implementations
*

Strong pre-sales and customer-facing experience
*

Solid background in finance within an ERP environment
*

Experience working with manufacturing organisations
*

Confident communicator with leadership capability
*

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
