Overview

A progressive organisation is seeking a talented CE Application Analyst to join their Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) team. Role Responsibilities

As a CE Application Analyst, you will play a key part in supporting and optimising the organisation's Dynamics 365 CE environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Providing application analysis, support and deployment within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
*

Troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues promptly and effectively
*

Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and platform improvements
*

Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve system performance
*

Staying up to date with new technologies and recommending best practice solutions

This role suits someone with solid first line and second line experience who enjoys a blend of user support and hands on infrastructure work in a fast paced environment.

* Knowledge of data lakes and medallion lake house design
* Working knowledge of Power BI or similar
