    We are searching for an experienced and proactive Project Manager specialised in F&O Microsoft Dynamics projects to lead our team in delivering solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead end-to-end project management for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

    Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

    Facilitate effective communication and coordination between internal teams and clients, providing regular updates and progress reports.

    Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and best practices in line with Microsoft Dynamics F&O guidelines.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience in managing complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation projects.

    Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, and the ability to apply them effectively.

    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

    Proficiency in resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment within the context of F&O projects.

    My client in Belgium are Seeking a Lead Dynamics CE Application Manager join a century-old Belgian company with a global presence and a rich heritage in sustainable lighting. Based in Liége, present in 70+ countries across 5 continents. We integrate innovative lighting solutions for Smart Cities, combining environmental, economic, and social sustainability.

    Responsibilities|

    *

    Take charge of driving solutions D365 CE, D365 Customer Engagement within your areas of expertise.
    *

    Assist business analysts (business key users) in capturing and documenting business requirements.
    *

    Lead and actively participate in the Group Solution analysis, design, building, testing, simulation phases, and Pilot GO Live.
    *

    Deliver all necessary documentation, such as Applications Processes.
    *

    Train Group Key Users and ensure that the Group Solution adheres to quality, cost, and deadline requirements.
    *

    Participate in steering meetings as needed and suggest improvements.

    Requirements|

    *

    Certificates related to Business Process (APICS, BPM, ISO, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
    *

    Over 5 years of experience in Business Processes within an industrial environment
    *

    Over 5 years of experience in Project Management
    *

    Extensive expertise in D365 Customer Engagement (Sales)
    *

    Strong functional knowledge in D365 Supply Chain Management (Trade & Logistic) and/or AX 2012
    *

    Experience in D365 Customer Engagement modules like Customer Service, Field Service, Project Service Automation, Portal
    *

    Knowledge of eCommerce and web-based solutions

    High proficiency in spoken and written English
