    We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our Data & AI team based in Aarhus.



    You'll manage a team of 4 full-time data professionals, delivering high-impact data solutions that empower internal stakeholders to make smarter decisions. Beyond technical leadership, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our data capabilities and contributing to broader business growth.



    After the recent surge in AI demand, we are now building our own digital competencies in-house. This role will be a spearhead for this new wave of thinking. This means I need to you to have an inquisitive mindset and be ready to present some out of the box thinking for future development.



    Key Responsibilities

    Qualifications

    * Proven experience in leading data engineering or analytics teams, ideally within a cloud-first environment.
    * Strong technical expertise in Azure Data Services, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
    * Solid understanding of data analysis, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI), and business intelligence.
    * Experience in recruitment, team development, and stakeholder management.
    * Strategic mindset with the ability to align technical initiatives with business objectives.
    * Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern data architectures is a plus.
    * Fluency in Danish is desired but not mandatory
