    The ideal candidate is a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations professional with a techno-functional skill set and a proven record of accomplishments in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations in a large enterprise setting.     Job Responsibilities:

    * Act as a technical analyst providing support and customization efforted to Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations 365 applications.
    * Perform architecture, design and development of full-lifecycle development efforts which are based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Canvas or Model Driven frameworks.
    * Integrate existing PowerApps, SSRS, data into Microsoft Dynamics 365
    * Assist with user requirements gathering and use cases business needs aligned with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations 365 capabilities.
    * Contribute to the company architectural best practices and Microsoft Dynamics customization standards.
    * Conduct code reviews to ensure that customization code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being followed.
    * Other Duties as needed or required.
    * Keep up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations and Power Platform technologies, trends, and best practices.
    * Serves as Tier 3 support for end users on issues revolving around Data, BI or ERP.



    SKILLS & ABILITIES

    * Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and/or Power Platform
    * In-depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services
    * Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve Microsoft Dynamics customization to include server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins
    * Experience connecting SQL Server database, reporting and integration services.
    * Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain setting is a strong plus
    * Must have a strong customer first mindset.
    * Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex technical jargon in simple terms.
    * Experience in an Agile development environment.
    * Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or Power Platform certifications strongly considered.
