We're looking for a strategic leader with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to optimize operational processes, lead system improvements, and drive efficiency across the organization.

About the Role:
As the Business Central Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of our ERP environment, aligning system capabilities with business goals. You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions and lead process improvements that support day-to-day operations and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across departments
*

Lead implementation, integration, and upgrade projects
*

Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify system enhancements and process improvements
*

Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training for end-users
*

Monitor data integrity, system performance, and reporting accuracy
*

Supervise internal resources and external consultants as needed

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
*

Proven experience in operations, ERP project management, or systems analysis
*

Strong understanding of business workflows: finance, inventory, supply chain
*

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
*

Experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar tools is a plus
