Senior .NET Developer

Job Description

An established and mission-driven IT consultancy in Stockholm is looking to grow its team with an experienced .NET Developer. You will work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment delivering user-centric, robust, and secure web platforms for clients across the public and private sectors (approx. 80% public).

The team works exclusively on the .NET platform (both front-end and back-end), using C#, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React and Next.js. Most projects are integrated with CMS platforms - primarily Optimizely CMS.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web solutions using .NET and Optimizely CMS

Build platforms that meet high standards for quality, accessibility, and security
*

Participate in agile, cross-functional teams, collaborating with project managers, UX designers, and developers
*

Lead technical decisions and contribute to solution architecture
*

Mentor other developers and promote best practices
*

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver valuable outcomes
*

Develop and deploy solutions on cloud platforms such as Optimizely DXP and Azure

Skills and Qualifications

*

5-10 years' experience developing with .NET and Optimizely CMS
*

Strong proficiency in C# and integration with external systems
*

Skilled in frontend development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or Next.js preferred)
*

In-depth understanding of accessibility and security best practices
*

Experience with cloud solutions (Optimizely DXP, Azure, or similar)
*

Excellent communication skills with a consultative mindset
*

Interest in technical leadership and mentoring others
*

Fluent in Swedish and English
